We charge fixed rate fees for all our services with no call-out charge or hourly rate
Standard weekday rate for all onsite work is £40. (9am-6pm)
Provides support at your home/home office during normal working hours for any of our services for a simple fixed charge with a no-fix, no-fee guarantee.
Standard afterhours and weekend rate is £65.

Remote Support Assistance £25
We can remotely access your computer to provide assistance unless there is no Internet connectivity on the computer. This enables us to quickly and efficiently address issues such as crashing programs, Trojans, viruses, printer issues or installing new applications.
Annual Remote Support Contract £99
For peace of mind that you have quick support close to hand, our annual remote support contract provides 10x30-minute segments of remote support annually. This support can be used to resolve issues on your computer or network, assist with basic training, configure new equipment and provides an annual maintenance and optimisation check for your computers.
